Welcome to my new venture, Shikshana Ayurveda!

Many of you in the Netherlands may know me from Utrecht Ayurveda, my private practice where I offer Ayurvedic consultations and treatments. I’m grateful to serve a dedicated community of both in-person and remote clients, often booking months in advance—a commitment I intend to continue for many years to come.

After more than thirty years in clinical practice, I feel the desire to share my knowledge with the next generation of Ayurvedic practitioners. This is the inspiration behind Shikshana Ayurveda.

“Shikshana” is a Sanskrit word that means teaching or education. Staying true to its meaning, I’ve created both in-person courses and an online learning platform to support aspiring and experienced practitioners alike.

If you’re looking to deepen your skills or gain confidence in your Ayurvedic practice, my first round of classes may be a great fit. In-person classes will begin this September in the heart of beautiful Utrecht, Netherlands- just 100 meters from the Dom tower.  My first eLearning course has also just been published, with more classes released in the coming weeks.
